The Process
Inquiry Form
Fill out the inquiry form. Please include as much detail about your project, company, and needs as possible in the form.
30-Minute Consultation
We’ll hop on the phone or a video call and chat all about your project. This conversation helps me determine if I’m the right fit for your needs.
Content Blueprint
If we’re a match, I’ll work up a content blueprint, calculate a quote, and send it your way.
Coffee & Writing
Once you’ve approved the proposal, I brew a cup of coffee and get to work—delivering clear and caffeinated copy on-time, every time.

What are your fees? Do you charge up front?
Fees will vary based on the project scope and services provided. All project quotes are a flat fee and on a per-project basis.
50% of the project cost is required upfront to begin.
A monthly retainer structure can also be discussed.
Can we meet in-person?
I’m happy to meet in-person after we’ve gone through the onboarding process and determine your project is a great fit. The client will agree to cover travel costs and arrangement, if necessary.
Do you require a byline?
I do not require a byline, but absolutely prefer one!
Do you work on social media projects?
I do not manage social media accounts or create social media marketing strategies. I am happy to recommend a few awesome coffee pros who do, though!
Are you available to work on my project right now?
Currently, I am booking projects about 3-4 weeks out. Get in touch sooner rather than later!
